CAROLINA STREET
Two new luxury residences showcasing expansive views of downtown replaced a tired single-family home sitting atop a steep slope of solid rock. The original building was completely dismantled as it was left in disrepair and virtually abandoned. The project included a significant excavation operation to create a large four-car garage plus living and outdoor space.
