A single-story-over garage structure occupied this Noe Valley lot and was in dire need of a rebuild. The original building was in an unlivable state and nearly entirely demolished and reconstructed. A four-story home replaced the older structure and was intelligently designed to maximize space and feature views overlooking the city.
