This mid-century home was built by a prominent builder and required that we remained true to the artistic and architectural vision while providing for a sought-after expansion in space. The goal was to add a full story underneath the existing two-story building. This challenging project included the demolition and reconstruction of 30” thick foundation walls which demanded incredible precision and skill. The result was a successful and stunning re-build of this significant home.
