The residence was a dated ‘90s “McMansion” requiring a much-needed upgrade. The project required an extensive redesign and reconstruction to achieve a more modern, yet still timeless, quality. The result was a new contemporary luxury home measuring 8,300 sq-ft with 5,000 sq-ft of exterior decks and walkways, and a full size infinity pool.
